Parking

For the duration of your stay, 1 parking space is available to you free of charge.
Please place the parking card you received upon arrival clearly visible on your car’s windshield.

Additional vehicles must be parked at the public parking lot “P3,” which is about a 5-minute walk away. This parking lot is subject to a fee. A long-term parking pass is available at the Infopoint at the Planet Planai valley station.

For electric cars, charging stations are available at the Congress Schladming and at the Planai valley station.

Check-out is until 10:00 AM.
Please return the apartment key to the reception at das bleibt**** Alpine Suites.

Would you like to stay longer? If possible, we are happy to offer a late check-out. Just contact us and we will gladly check what we can arrange for you.

Key

1 key is provided for the duration of your stay.

If not everyone is returning at the same time, you are welcome to leave the key in the key safe at the main entrance. Just contact us and we will provide you with the code.

Waste Disposal

Please separate your waste properly (glass, organic waste, residual waste, paper, and plastic) and dispose of it accordingly.

You will find the bins down by the road, right next to the garage. They are easily accessible via the path through the garden.

Smoking

All indoor areas are non-smoking. We kindly ask you to respect this.

House Rules

We are not a party house and kindly ask you to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM onwards, to avoid disturbing other guests and neighbors.

Ski & Bike Storage

There is a small hut in the garden where you can store your skis. You can lock it using your apartment key.

In summer, you can also store your bikes there.

Do you offer a bread roll service?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a bread roll delivery service.

However, there are several shopping options in the immediate vicinity:

  • approx. 350 m (5-minute walk): BILLA
  • approx. 500 m (7-minute walk): SPAR
  • approx. 650 m (9-minute walk): Hauptplatz Schladming. Here you will find various bakeries and cafés.
Is it possible to park two or more vehicles directly at the accommodation?

1 parking space is available free of charge directly in front of the accommodation.

We kindly ask you to park a second or third vehicle at the public parking lot P3, located about a 5-minute walk away. This parking lot is subject to a fee.

A long-term parking pass for the entire duration of your stay can be obtained at the Infopoint directly at the Planai valley station.

Where can I rent ski equipment / bikes?

Just about 250 meters away, directly at the Planai valley station, you will find the sports shop Bründl Sports.

In winter, you can rent ski equipment there, and in summer, bike equipment.

Something is damaged, what should I do?

It can always happen that something gets broken or soiled. Please note that the apartment will be rented out again after your stay. Replacing broken items can sometimes take a while. Therefore, your responsibility may cover not only the repair of damaged items but also any potential loss of rental income.

Please inform us immediately if anything happens so that we can take timely action.

In the case of heavily soiled apartments, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee depending on the degree of soiling.
