A deposit of 40% is due upon booking. The amount of deposit can be found in the booking confirmation. As soon as we receive the deposit, you will be sent an email confirmation of booking.

So long as we have the availability, you’re welcome to check-in early. Please give us an advance request for an early check-in.

Do you want to check-out later? If possible, we’re happy to have you stay longer. Please ask at reception.

Our prices are per room for standard occupancy and a local tax of € 2,50 per person, per night, for guests over the age of 16 years-old. Finally, we issue a cleaning fee of € 130,00 for suites and € 95,00 for studios.

Please note that discount codes cannot be redeemed on current promotions.

Don’t feel like making breakfast? We’ll take care of it. Simply place your breakfast order by 3 PM for the morning following. We’ll deliver your breakfast box to your door at the desired time. Choose between a regional or vegetarian breakfast box for € 21,50 each. Our bread roll service with fresh locally-made bread rolls is available for € 4,80 per delivery.

Children under 10 years-old can order a Kids Box for € 11,00 each.

We’re happy to create a special breakfast box for you. Let us know your dietary needs.

We recommend booking restaurant reservations in advance. Find a list of our favorite restaurants within a 10-minute walking distance here.

We’re happy to provide the following items for our little darlings: a crib, bed guard, high chair, booster seat, step stool, and diaper pail.

A small basket full of childsafe toys can be found in your suite / studio.

There is also a diaper changing facility located next to the playroom.

We welcome your four-legged friends. Certain suites are available for dogs. Please request a dog-friendly suite upon booking.

We charge an additional fee of € 22,00 per dog, per night.

Here at das bleibt****, we value sustainability. We buy regional and organic food and waste little of it. Even our Nespresso capsules are compostable.

In addition to composting, we separate plastics and glass. Please separate the waste within your room accordingly to help us.

Each suite / studio includes a free parking space.
For additional spaces:

• Underground parking costs € 16,00 per night
• E-parking spaces cost € 12,00 per night

If you need an additional parking spot, please speak with reception. We’re happy to provide what’s available.

The Schladming train station is about 8 minutes walking (600 meters) from das bleibt****.

We’re happy to organize a shuttle to transfer you to/from the airport. Please email or call us to reserve.

Our house is centrally located in Schladming. It’s a 5-minute walk to the center of Schladming and a maximum of 10-minutes’ walk to a variety of restaurants and attractions.

A city bus stop is located directly in front of das bleibt****. Bus stops in the direction of Ramsau am Dachstein, Rohrmoos, Forstau and Haus im Ennstal are also within a 5-minute walking distance.

Your kitchen comes fully equipped with the following: a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, Nespresso coffee machine (with 4 welcome capsules), and kettle. We also provide dishwashing soaps and detergent.

In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer, Hand & Body Wash, Hair & Body Shampoo and Hand & Body Lotion.

You will find a vacuum cleaner hanging on the wall in your living/ dining area.

During summertime, our suites / studios are kept at a comfortable temperature with floor and ceiling cooling systems.

During colder seasons, guests can manually change the heated floors using their in-room temperature gauge.
